Two-piece bracket that mounts a remote clutch bleed-screw assembly to the fan shroud. It is sized for a -3 AN bulkhead mount accepting a 3/8-24 bleeder screw and uses a removable end plate so the clutch line can be slid into place without disconnecting it.
