Cup Holder Retainer and Gear
Replacement retaining pin and small gear for the dashboard cup-holder mechanism. The creator thickened the pin for easier printing, increased the gear height for better mesh, and used an 18-gauge brad nail as the pivot. The parts were printed in PETG after PLA softened in a hot car.
Radar detector headliner bracket
Headliner-mounted radar-detector bracket secured beneath the passenger visor support, with tie-wrap or hook-and-loop attachment points for the detector.
Cabin Air Filter Bracket
Replacement bracket for the cabin air filter on the Boxster 987, designed in OpenSCAD after the creator broke the original bracket. The creator printed it in ABS.
Convertible Top Transmission Worm Gear Pair
Handed replacement gears for the left and right convertible-top transmissions. The creator states that the sides differ and cannot be mirrored, recommends carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic for strength, and notes that the metal core may need heating for the snug press fit.
Battery Cover Screw Receptacle
Plastic latching receptacle that fits into the front luggage-compartment battery bracket and receives the quarter-turn battery-cover screw plug.
